About the Role:

As the Production Manager (Manufacturing) at Chennai Filter Coffee (CFC Foods), you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our production operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered efficiently to meet market demands.

We are seeking a Production Manager who is responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations in Production, Post-Production and Warehouse by maximising machine efficiency.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize workflow.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the coffee and batter production process.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of production staff, including training and development.
  • Monitor and improve efficiency and productivity within the production facility.
  • Coordinate procurement and inventory management of raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure continuous operation.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain effective relationships and manage supply chain logistics.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures.

About The Candidate:
