THE COMPANY

Our client is an iconic ASX listed business, currently looking to appoint a driven & talented Sales & Operations Finance Analyst. In return, the successful individual will gain the mentorship of an impressive senior leadership team whilst receiving autonomy and flexibility to deliver. 

THE ROLE

The Sales & Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Driving demand forecasting, data analysis and inventory management
  • Performance and actuals reporting 
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders and foster alignment 
  • Be a conduit between sales, marketing and supply chain
  • Deliver insightful analysis to support key sales team decisions 
  • Oversee and deliver effective month end processes 
  • Budgets and forecasts to support commercial outcomes
  • Maximise systems utilisation across the business
  • Drive process improvements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced operational finance business partnering skills
  • 3 + years business partnering experience with sales teams in a high paced, agile environment
  • High level of commercial and demand planning acumen 
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Confident BI tools user
  • Strong communication and presentation ability
