**What You'll Do**:
The role of Gaming Analyst is to meet our customers legal gaming requirements through processing their gaming machine data using System Analyst software. You will use this data to create accurate gaming reports within the required timeframe and then share these reports with our customers.

You will achieve this by:

- Processing system generated data as well manual customer data using System Analyst software to be part of the reports
- Prepare reports taking into account the jurisdiction they fall under and the legislative requirements
- Gather monthly data across our product range and provide recommendations to increase customer engagement
- Ensure all reports are accurate and problem solve any data related and reporting discrepancies
- Work effectively with customers, product developers, customer support and sales to provide innovative and sound instructional solutions to ensure effective use of company products

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in similar analytical and reports building role
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in cash-flow analysis and reconciliation procedures
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of club and hotel operational procedures would be an advantage
- Any exposure to the gaming industry would be beneficial

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our head office in North Ryde with free onsite parking provided, you will have the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
