What you will be doing day to day

Reporting to the Head of Sales Strategy & Performance, the Sales Performance Analyst will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across the Vocus Enterprise & Government Sales team and ensuring we have a clear understanding of key business levers to achieve our commercial and business goals. The role will include creating insights, month end reporting responsibilities and will also support on creating insights for key business initiatives. The role requires a high degree of problem solving, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

**In particular, the Sales Performance Analyst will**:

- Prepare monthly sales reporting, insights and analytics that support business growth drivers
- Assimilate, analyse and maintain data from various sources to a highly accurate standard
- Analyse and assess data accuracy
- Support annual planning cycles, such as customer segmentation and updated reporting requirements
- Diagnose, resolve or escalate data errors
- Support the evaluation and execution of strategic and tactical programs including data preparation, analytics, SME on key programs of work
- Assist in the analysis and reporting requested of the Sales Enablement team from its customers in the Vocus Enterprise Sales Team
- Support the management and administration of internal and external commission payments where required

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
- A passion for data and improving data quality
- A commercial mind and ability to understand key business drivers
- Ability to present data and insights ready for end user consumption
- **NV1 clearance or be eligible for clearance**:

- A passion and desire to continuously learn and build broad market and business knowledge
- A strong ability to think high (strategic), deep (get into the details) and wide (think end to end)
- Strong influencing skills across a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ideally, Data Science or Data Analytics expertise
- Preferred experience in Salesforce and Business Intelligence platforms
- Desired but not essential business, statistics or related degree
