Facilitating Agile ways of working through thoughtful leadership, effective mentoring, exceedingly good business partnering and compelling communication is the key to a total success in the role of Associate Director in Mobile Engineering.

Establish and support driving the engineering vision for our internal customers. Develop and implement strategies that enable the chapter to align to the tools and languages required to improve our systems, optimise operations, and stimulate growth. Define the chapter's objective, best engineering practices, policies, and skill proficiencies. Ensure that the delivered solutions conform to the agreed-upon principles and best methodology while aligning with the Chapter Area and Tribe Quarterly Business Review strategic objectives.

It starts with you

Extensive hands on experience, particularly in telco industry, complimented with exposure to leadership, budgeting, planning and forecasting. Industry certifications in web languages or tools, integration languages; and / or technical people leadership and coaching. Experience in managing teams working on complex products / solutions and capability development projects. Strong understanding of IT risk, information security fundamentals, defence-in-depth practices, IT risk assessment fundamentals and risk management practices. Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, whilst being proficient in Agile methodologies. Direct customer focus with refined communication skills and attention to detail.
