About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Marketing Director to join our Healthcare team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement strategies that bring new innovations to life for our Healthcare customers. You will guide a small and capable team and build relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders across the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth within the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the healthcare industry.
- Support the ongoing career development of your team.
- Develop marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ecolab's healthcare solutions.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.
- Drive thought leadership and industry influence through participation in key healthcare events, conferences, and industry associations.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and make recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Senior Marketing experience within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
