Summary

  • A leading financial services organisation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Sales Manager to grow and support its Adviser/ Broker Network in Sydney. This role focuses on recruiting brokers and providing them with access to an up and coming, competitive and award-winning aggregation platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in business development, coaching, and ensuring brokers maximise the benefits of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new brokers to join the aggregation platform and expand the adviser network.

  • Provide coaching and product support to brokers, ensuring effective use of the platform.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers to drive their business success.

  • Deliver exceptional client service and support to motivate brokers in achieving their objectives.

  • Ensure the seamless onboarding and training of new brokers on the aggregation platform.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of lending products, consumer lending legislation, and the aggregation process.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to broader organisational goals.

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Extensive knowledge of lending and the aggregation industry.

  • Proven experience in broker recruitment and onboarding advisors for an aggregator.

  • A strong understanding of consumer lending legislation.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • The ability to coach and support brokers in leveraging the platform effectively.

  • A proactive, results-driven approach to achieving growth objectives.
