**Partner Manager, Insurance Brokers**:

Due to significant growth in SafetyCulture’s partner program, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Partner Manager to join our team. The Partnerships team is dedicated to developing revenue-generating relationships that will drive SafetyCulture's continued growth across the APAC region. This presents an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of the team and contribute to the growth of our partnership program and SC Care.

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and working closely with the SC Care leadership team, this role will focus on working with broker partners and the SafetyCulture go-to-market team to transform our broker partners into SafetyCulture's most enthusiastic advocates.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Be a product expert, advising broker partners on best practices using SafetyCulture's solutions.
- Collaborate with SC Care to oversee broker partner recruitment, ensuring a positive experience throughout the partner journey.
- Qualify broker partners and develop a deep understanding of their business, articulating how SafetyCulture's products add value.
- Manage end-to-end enablement for broker partners, covering sales, product, commercial, implementation, and process enablement.
- Own the partner portal, create broker-specific onboarding journeys, and collaborate with SC Care Marketing to add relevant assets.
- Work with SC Care Marketing to create self-serve marketing packs and activate partnerships through events and webinars.
- Conduct in-person and online demonstrations of SafetyCulture's solution to broker partners and their customers.
- Support partner activation through account mapping, identifying customer opportunities, and facilitating introductions to relevant GTM team members.
- Manage lead/deal registration processes, ensuring adherence to predefined rules of engagement.
- Assist partners through coupon code process for self-serve opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to allocate qualified opportunities, orchestrate co-sell activities, and support broker partners and AEs through the sales process
- Collaborate with GTM to identify opportunities for partners to help with existing customers.
- Ensure referred customers receive proper support and provide customer success services if needed for renewal.
- Manage broker partners, serving as the primary point of contact for their queries.
- Conduct group training sessions for GTM team members on effective collaboration with broker partners.
- Attend broker roadshows, events and summits, educating prospective broker partners on SC’s solutions and the partner program.

- Bring 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, dedicated to cultivating enduring relationships.
- Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter with creativity and confidence in presenting ideas in undefined environments.
- Be self-motivated with a proactive mindset, showcasing tenacity to surpass goals.
- Exhibit active listening skills, addressing partner pain points with decisive action.

- Proven expertise in managing complex sales processes or co-selling with partners.
- Extensive experience in channel/partnerships roles, focusing on achieving revenue-based outcomes.
- Background in the insurance or broking sector.
- Proficient in commercial and legal negotiations, as well as using data analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
