Right now, they are looking for a Scheduler to take charge of a busy national schedule, managing over 50 jobs a day It is a dynamic environment where every day brings exciting challenges and where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operations run at maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling team to ensure accurate scheduling deadlines
• Manage current and future scheduling
• Scheduling all random drug & alcohol testing jobs (Australia & New Zealand)
• Create & manage customer testing frequencies and putting together schedules
• Scheduling collectors to be on call & making live changes where necessary
• Managing the input of collectors, nurses & paramedic availability, following up where required and maintain changes
• Requesting schedules from clients & inputting requested dates
• Sending the schedule to clients and collectors
• Scheduling nurses into flu vaccination programs and confirm shifts with the client
• Scheduling paramedic rosters & confirm shifts with the client
• Set up clients, sites and projects for new and existing customers
• Book all travel for employees, collectors, nurses and paramedics while maintaining budgets.
• Approve collector, nurse and paramedic time sheets and expenses, and assist accounts with payroll related administration tasks
• Assist the accounts department with operational invoice queries
• Answering the office phone and emergency phone during office hours
• Other general administration duties as they arise

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proven experience in scheduling or a related field
• Experience using CRM's (DAMSTRA) highly desirable
