We have two 6-month fixed term contracts available.
What you’ll do?
A key role within the People & Culture (P&C) team, our P&C Operations Consultants are responsible for executing all people-related processes efficiently and accurately. In this role you will join an ambitious team who deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice and support to partners, managers, and employees.

What you’ll bring
Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR is highly advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities. Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to your work. Experience with an HRMS system such as Oracle would be advantageous.What you’ll get
