**About the opportunity**
Fantastic opportunity for an Applications Consultant with expertise in HR Applications, to join our team. This role will support the resolution of production issues (e.g., configuration issues, data issues) and provide consultative guidance on the optimisation of our HR Applications which include SuccessFactors, DoneSafe, Avature, ServiceNow, and Qualtrics.

- Communicate and collaborate to understand business needs and ensure customer teams understand plans, proposed solutions, and options.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for improvement within the constraints of business configuration and administration.

You will have experience and exposure to consulting with technology and vendor partners in a third-party capacity and have an excellent understanding of P&C processes.
**You’ll also have**
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to communicate in plain English to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in prioritising tasks and delivering to planned timeframes.
- 5+ years administering, supporting, and configuring SuccessFactors (essential)
- Able to configure SuccessFactors modules demonstrated with the appropriate certifications.
- Demonstrate experience in effectively working with Technology teams by understanding technical context, constraints, and dependencies.
