This position ensures the smooth and efficient operation of all departments of the Hotel during the night shift between 11pm and 7am, in particular the Rooms Division, maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety. The Duty Manager - Nights ensures that the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests throughout the duration of their stay.

Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings Checking in and out guests as required Preparing and distributing relevant reports to inter departments Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests details ensuring all details are recorded accurately Collating paperwork for departures and coordinate with the Rooms Division team Providing supervision and support to the Rooms Division team and other departments when required Responding to guest enquires and requests in a timely manner Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift between Night Audit, Reception, Reservations, Maintenance and Housekeeping Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property Attending to guests requests efficiently and effectively in order to ensure total customer satisfaction Ideally you will have previous night auditor experience Strong knowledge of hotel property management systems Exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills Ability to work night shifts and flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
