**Key Requirements**:

- Assist students with the transition to life and study in a new environment.
- Facilitating engaging and highest quality training for our learners.
- Assessing learner competence.
- Taking part in validation and moderation sessions as required.
- Assist in continuous improvement and development of the RTO resources.
- Maintain VET and industry currency at all times.
- Perform duties in an ethical and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date about changes in ESOS framework.

**Mandatory Skills and Qualifications Requirements**:

- Must have relevant qualification (i.e. BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or higher);
- Must have recent (in the last 3 years) industry experiences in training field;
- Must have TAE40116 or higher qualification or TAE40110 (including TAELLAN411/ equivalent and TAEASS502/ equivalent);
- Must have evidence of recent VET and Industry PD activities; and
- Legal Australian work rights.

**Desirable Skills and Qualities**:

- Working experiences with International students are preferred; and
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
