What will your typical day look like? 

  • Managing a team of people in delivery centres deliver on our EPM engagements and collaborate with project teams
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of Anaplan.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the service delivery process and experience with minor enhancements for Anaplan
  • ensuring the smooth service delivery and provide ongoing support to our valued clients
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions to optimize client experiences.

We have a strong group of professionals with extensive skills in solution modelling in the context of planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation processes and supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

You are someone with:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in using one or more of the following Enterprise Performance Management technologies – Anaplan – experience with Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, OneStream, IBM Cognos TM1, SAC is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Strong Foundational knowledge of the ITIL framework
  •  Experience using ITSM tools, ServiceNow or Atlassian products Jira and Confluence.
