About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at ING Bank (Australia) Limited. As a key member of our Finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Information Office (CIO) in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CIO with financial analysis, extracting and analyzing information from multiple sources to provide recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality management reporting that is timely, accurate, and insightful.
  • Prepare driver-based Expense Modelling to drive efficiency and provide transparency on cost drivers.
  • Collaborate with the Expense Business Advice Manager to analyze and forecast expenses, and support the budgeting process.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Business and Finance customers to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality, compliant, and timely business advice products, including KPI tracking, Rolling Forecast, and Dynamic Plan.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in Excel quality controls and Oracle EPM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ambition to step up to leadership roles and drive business outcomes.
