The Opportunity

Veolia Water is seeking a Training Administrator to join our team in Rocklea, 4106. Within this role you will be responsible for coordinating employee training, office administration duties, accounts payable, contractor management and payroll processing.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Coordinate and schedule employee training per approved requests and requirements
  • Enrol staff in training courses with registered providers
  • Manage all training logistics - attendance, evaluations, certificates etc.
  • Maintain training calendars, registers, matrices and LMS accounts
  • Provide monthly training reports to management
  • Process accounts payable - raising POs, receipting invoices, vendor management
  • Coordinate office administration - stationery, meetings, IT, reception etc.
  • Assist with contractor management - insurances, inductions, licensing
  • Process weekly field staff payroll per EA conditions
  • Support HR, SHEQ and other initiatives as required

What you'll need to be successful

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role preferred 
  • High level organisation, accuracy, prioritisation and problem solving
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
