About the Role
BMA Caval Ridge Mine are currently seeking applications from passionate individuals that are interested in being considered for permanent roles within our Production Coal Teams. These roles are forecast to begin throughout mid to late 2024 and into 2025, across several different departments within the mine. We want to hear from you if you are looking to join our world-class operational teams either now or in the near future. We believe that people are the key to our continued success; having the right people working within our organisation at all levels will allow us to become the safest, most productive mine site we can be and sustain our operations well into the future.
Roles will be Fly-in-Fly-Out from Brisbane or Cairns, or Drive-in-Drive-out. The roster will be a 7:7 rotating roster.

About You
-
12 months minimum experience in Coal Mining in an open cut mine
-
Minimum ‘C’ Class Driver’s licence
-
Current Standard 11 or BMA Core

Safety conscious and focused
-
Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through influence

Motivated, enthusiastic individual who shows initiative and can work with minimal supervision

Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work to deadlines and remain effective under pressure
About Our Process

From 1 April 2023, ResHealth will be mandatory for the completion of coal mine workers’ health assessments, allowing you to submit, monitor and review the progress of your health assessment in a secure online environment.
