The Assistant Director of Business Analytics & Support will lead a small team and is someone who can plan and organise their and their team’s workday and tasks, who can initiate change to work practices or policies. Someone who can understand the operational environment and adapt accordingly, and someone who can act proactively and with integrity.

Eligibility/Other requirements:

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite package, PowerBI proficiency would be highly regarded. Experience with Salesforce or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, TM1, P2P and APIAS would be highly regarded. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate and liaise with stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes. Financial Management or Business Administration and CA/CPA qualification or progress towards is highly desirable. To be eligible for permanent employment within the ACT Public Service you must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident.

Notes: This is a temporary position available for a period of ten months, with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
