We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist with a specialisation in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Ricoh Australia, you will play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies, and optimising campaigns to drive web traffic, increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Website Management and Optimisation: Utilise Sitecore CMS to update and maintain website content, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Implement SEO best practices, improve site performance, and enhance the user experience.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Implement SEO strategies, manage keyword research, and analyse performance data to optimise search engine optimisation efforts.
  • Search Engine Marketing: Assist with development of SEM/PPC campaigns via GoogleAds.
  • Web Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data using Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports to measure the success of SEO and SEM efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.

To be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with SEO, SEM and Keyword Research.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, web analytics, and content management systems (CMS). Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing would be a bonus.
  • Technical skills such as front end coding / HTML and experience with SiteCore CMS along with a strong understanding of URL hierarchies, redirects and page speed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
