We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and results driven PPC specialist to join us at Be Found Digital.

As a PPC Account Manager, you’ll be given ownership over paid media programs for a small portfolio of clients. Taking ownership of client’s campaign management across planning, execution, optimisation, reporting to deliver on growth goals. You’ll work with an account strategist and campaign manager, so you are across their strategic planning, marketing goals and KPI settings.

You will also be able to work with a diverse and talented team across strategy, paid media, creative and SEO and contribute to developing impactful, audience-focused marketing campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PPC marketer who is tired of working on way too many small accounts and completing repetitive tasks. Having no opportunity to innovate or run tests. At BeFound, we do not juggle 100s of accounts or deliver cookie cutter solutions. We work primarily with B2B or Professional B2C clients who are focused on growth. This ensures you work across interesting and challenging accounts and have the time and support to deliver real results.

**Objectives of this role**
- Executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.
- Research and analysing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences, and behaviours.
- Tracking campaign performance, analysing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation.
- Managing relationships with clients to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Leveraging digital marketing channels to maximise campaign reach and engagement.

**Your tasks**
- Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign plans and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion.
- Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed.
- Budget management and pacing, effectively allocate and pace media spend across the channels that you manage to drive business results.

**Required skills and qualifications.**
- 4+ years’ proven experience in Google Ads & Facebook Ads. Planning, executing, optimising campaigns. With a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience across key platforms including LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display Programmatic, TikTok a plus but not required. We will provide training as required.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
- Proficiency in digital campaign tracking setup, UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager.
- Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office, Project Management tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

**Salary Package $85k to $110k - **salary will be based on skill and experience you bring to the role.
