Grace is seeking a passionate Accounts/Administration Allrounder who will be responsible for, but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Administration and Finance duties on a part time basis.
Supported by an established team that has extensive industry experience, you will be assisting the National Administration Manager and will need to maintain a high level of professionalism in your attitude and presentation.
About the Role
- Manage the administration workload to ensure the timely provision of delivery and completion of all duties
- Daily banking
- Assist with invoicing
- Accounts receivable duties
- Assist Accounts Payable during peak times and staff leave
About You
- Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
- Data entry experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
- A high level of organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
