**Full-time Trainee Administration Assistant**

Wave Learning is a family-owned and operated RTO, specialising in Children’s Services, First Aid and Child Protection training for over twenty years.

Due to recent growth, we are looking to hire a full-time **Trainee Administration Assistant** to provide support to our busy Children’s Services department, which includes administration staff and multiple trainers/assessors, and is overseen by the CEO.

Recent school leavers with retail, hospitality or customer service experience and a friendly, outgoing personality are encouraged to apply. Ideally, you’ll be bright and bubbly, with a warm nature, stay calm under pressure and bring an enthusiastic and confident personality to this already amazing team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Compliance with RTO requirements
- Scanning and maintaining files
- Processing enrolment documents
- Providing administrative support to the Children’s Services team
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by Management

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Be willing to commit to a 12-month traineeship
- Be punctual and reliable
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Be adaptable to change and learning new things
- Be organised and efficient in carrying out tasks
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be confident using a computer, with some experience in MS Office Suite
