The Senior Administration Officer at Uniting will play a pivotal role in providing day-to-day administrative support to managers, coordinators, and teams.
Key responsibilities include reception duties, office administration, financial tasks, and supporting various programs to ensure efficient operations.
As a subject matter expert for record and document management, you will contribute positively to Uniting's core values and operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Program Manager and coordinate administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain efficient administrative systems and oversee work-related equipment matters.
- Undertake general administrative duties including minute taking, report preparation, and file management.
- Coordinate community events and manage financial transactions in line with Uniting's procedures.
- Assist with property matters and ensure workplace health and safety compliance.
- Review reports, reconcile timesheets, and address any discrepancies.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications and/or at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a diverse and busy environment.
- Knowledge of business processes, financial management, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
