An exciting telecommunications company is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team. In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring efficient operations, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic responsibilities.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations while handling confidential information discreetly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritising emails and calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, overseeing all logistics, materials, and catering.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly to ensure clear communication.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis, tracking project deadlines and deliverables effectively.
  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Liaise with third parties i.e cleaners, building management, support work events and conferences.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while handling confidential information with integrity.
