  • Collaborate with Mission Australia and The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) to adhere to program guidelines and stay informed on relevant legislation to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with children, families, agency staff, and communities.

  • Fulfill mandatory reporting requirements in accordance with DCJ and Mission Australia policies and procedures.

  • Liaise with co-workers, community partners, and external agencies for consultation, referrals, networking, training, community development, and family advocacy.

  • Create and maintain individualized case management files for all clients, following Mission Australia protocols.
