Sydney, Australia PDS-Other-Property Data Solutions Full time

Who We Are

We’re working to shine a light on all things property. Our business is built around connecting the steps throughout the property journey to create a better experience for people. We call it the property marketplace, and it’s driven by our data.

As we change the way people engage with property, we need diverse thinkers to help us. So even if you don’t meet 100% of the following criteria, we’d love you to apply anyway.

About the Role

As a Research Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managing projects, gathering insights, and ensuring research is effectively transformed into impactful outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Research & Economics, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research that fuels client engagement and drives results.

What You’ll Do

Project Management

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from concept to completion.
  • Ensure the seamless execution and final delivery of research findings, content, and client solutions.
  • Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and content developers to achieve successful project outcomes.

Collaboration and Insight Gathering

  • Act as the central hub for gathering insights, ideas, and feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Synthesise information to identify connections and align efforts toward impactful results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment.

Operational Support

  • Organise schedules, logistics, and activities to keep projects on track.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and visual assets to support research outcomes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious about the property market and driven to create meaningful insights.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive role.

This Role Might Not Be the Best Fit If:

  • Attention to detail isn’t your strong suit, especially under pressure.
  • You’re not curious or interested in learning about the property market.
  • You prefer working solo rather than collaborating across teams.
  • You’re uncomfortable balancing administrative tasks with creative and strategic work.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • A supportive team that values your ideas and contributions.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills in research, project management, and collaboration.
  • Competitive salary, great perks, and the chance to make a real impact.

Why Join Us

We’re the right size business for you to make a real impact, with a workplace culture where you can be you. Perks of the role include:

  • Discover your ideal work-life balance with our approach to flexibility.
  • First-rate parental leave and wellbeing policies.
  • Access to Perkbox, giving you discounts across healthcare, entertainment, food, utilities, and more.
  • Continuous opportunities to leap, learn, and grow.

We don’t just talk, we do. Every day we solve property problems for Australians and beyond. We encourage our people to see the possibilities and turn them into realities. That’s why we want you.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll join a vibrant team of innovators—doers, creators, and thinkers—turning property possibilities into reality. We’re coding, building, and designing solutions that are revolutionising a sector Australians deeply care about.

What’s Next?

We’ll give your application the thoughtful attention it deserves and get back to you as soon as possible. If there’s a match, one of our recruitment consultants will reach out—so keep your phone handy We’re genuinely excited about the chance to work together and make a meaningful impact.

We are devoted to fostering a diverse and supportive work environment and warmly welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. If you have any accessibility needs or require accommodations during the application process, please let us know, and we will ensure you receive the support you need.
