Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Urology, this role is responsible for developing, communicating and leading the vision and strategy for strategic accounts in the assigned region, in alignment with the Divisions’ mission, vision, and purpose, Divisions’ program priorities and overall company priorities.

You will directly oversee the activities of strategic accounts in the assigned area, aligning work and priorities with function, Divisions and Operational Unit teams whilst ensuring the team in the assigned area is efficient, effective and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders, and communicate those needs to Division leadership. This position is open to Cook Australia employees.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Division leadership, and company Functions and Operational Units to implement and ensure consistency in priorities, policies, processes, structure and programs Develop, communicate and lead the Divisions’ strategy and business plan for strategic accounts in assigned region Responsible to overall strategic account relationships, satisfaction (net promoter score) across all strategic accounts in assigned region, as well as profitability, with emphasis on sales, expenses, margin and direct contribution Consistently collaborate with Division leadership and teams to establish, measure and meet business plan goals for the strategic accounts team Continuously evaluate and improve the strategy for strategic accounts in assigned region through monitoring metrics and listening to feedback from customers and employees. Take action and resolve issues and gaps quickly and effectively Empower strategic accounts team to understand customer needs and processes and make proactive decisions on contracting terms and alignment of internal resources to address those needs, in alignment with overall company strategy Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic accounts in assigned region Availability and willingness to travel on Company business

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading strategy for large accounts across multiple product lines in the Medical Device Industry essential Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background desired Prior experience managing / leading a team preferred Demonstrated strong large account contracting skills and strong business acumen Demonstrated influencing / negotiation skills to build consensus Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Business Objects Due to the inherent requirements of this role, evidence of vaccinations for relevant vaccine preventable diseases as well as COVID-19 vaccination relevant to the territory and the ability to maintain vaccination status essential. Satisfactory police check essential WWC (Working with Children) certificate or the ability to obtain one essential
