Reporting to the VIC Regional Business Manager - Vascular, the purpose of this role is to achieve/exceed sales targets for nominated accounts within your
VIC Territory (North & West Melbourne), through the development of long-term positive customer relationships, which build confidence and loyalty in Cook Australia as a preferred supplier.

You will be joining a high performing, energetic sales team in the selling and support of a diverse range of Peripheral and Interventional Vascular products and procedures, including Peripheral Arterial Stents,
Inferior Vena Cava Filters and Embolization Coils.

This is in addition to coordinating and delivering in-service education sessions to Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and other Health Professionals.

A dedicated training program will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently sell and support medical devices to allocated accounts within designated territory and as per the needs of the Division.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to be most recommended Vascular partner.
  • Work in partnership with the Strategic Account Management and BCI teams to pursue tender/contract opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Market Development Managers to identify local inservice education resource needs for customers.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers within the Division to ensure the promotion and support of all relevant programs.
  • Analyse sales reports to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Provide customer support on inventory and consignment within company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A clinical background in Vascular procedures and/or qualifications in a healthrelated area is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in a medical device or pharmaceutical sales role.
  • Energetic, selfdriven, resultsoriented individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality service and business profit.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organising skills essential.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a theatre/clinical environment.
  • Some interstate travel may be a requirement of this role.
  • Satisfactory police check essential
  • WWC (Working with Children) certificate or the ability to obtain one essential
