Here at Followmont we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Administrator to support our People and Talent Partner. Sitting within the People & Safety team you will support in recruitment and HR functions at our Townsville Branch. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth flow throughout the Followmont lifecycle, contributing to the success of our workforce and the company as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, including booking medicals, police checks and reference checks. 
  • Maintain accurate records in our hiring process. 
  • Collaborate with operational team to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative role is highly regarded 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
