About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Administrator to support our People and Talent Partner at Followmont Transport. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth flow throughout the hiring process, contributing to the success of our workforce and the company as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate relationships, and maintain accurate records in our hiring process.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs, promoting our brand and attracting top talent.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement and driving business growth.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent employee experience.

Requirements:
