SustainRecruit have partnered with a leader in the superannuation space, to recruit a Complaints Team Lead. In this role, you’ll grow, lead, and develop a team of skilled complaints officers, fostering a supportive environment where they can excel and deliver exceptional service 

Location: Sydney OR Melbourne
Hybrid work week: 2-3 days pw in office
Salary: $120K - $140K + Super + Benefits 
 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience leading a complaints function within the superannuation space. D
  • Deep understanding of superannuation processes and regulations to ensure best practices are upheld.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and approachable leadership style
