Senior Superannuation Complaints Manager

About the Role:
SustainRecruit has partnered with a leading superannuation company to recruit an experienced Complaints Team Lead.
In this position, you will be responsible for growing, leading, and developing a team of skilled complaints officers. You will foster a supportive environment where they can excel and deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience leading a complaints function within the superannuation space. They must possess a deep understanding of superannuation processes and regulations to ensure best practices are upheld.
You will be a hands-on, proactive, and approachable leader who is passionate about shaping a high-performing team that makes a real difference in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of complaints officers to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement effective complaint resolution strategies
- Maintain knowledge of superannuation regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex complaints
What We Offer:
