About the position:

This exciting new role has been created due to rapid business growth. As a Spec Home Program Manager you will be responsible for managing Rawson’s growing portfolio of Spec Homes to ensure that the program of circa 150 spec homes per annum is delivered on time and meets its financial metrics.

As Spec Home Program Manager your responsibilities will include but be not limited to

  • Work closely with the General Manager Strategy and Customer Experience and Proactively identify the future Spec requirements over a rolling three years to meet Rawson Group’s budgets
  • Research and focus on finding target areas for Future Spec home programs and exploring various land access models for various agreements.
  • Manage relationships with developers to create a future pipeline of land access to meet the spec home program of work.
  • Identify new business opportunities using proactive methods.
  • Manage the preparation of investment papers for the investment committee, obtain land access, offer home designs, produce business cases, and develop market pricing and sales strategies.
  • Providing strategic support in the creation of sales and marketing collateral and product release.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales management team to ensure that sales targets and budgets are being met.

To be considered for the position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
 

  • 10+ years working experience in the construction, development, or adjacent Industries.
  • Strong Project management skills to be able to manage multiple complex deliveries. 
  • Commercial Acumen - Ability to understand the development and construction value chain to be able to recommend approaches to maximize revenue, margin and profit. 
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and to deliver projects.
  • Experience in preparation and presenting to senior levels of organistions to gain buy in and approval to proposals  
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a multiple-tasks at the same time.
