Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this insight to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and online advertising.
  • Work closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Use data and analytics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
  • Manage and optimize our Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • Proven track record of success in driving engagement and conversion through marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
