About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Delivery Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, social media, and online review platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a CRM strategy, including onboarding, referral campaigns, and customer journey campaigns.
  • Oversee the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, enhancing CRM projects, and developing EDM and SMS schedules.
  • Execute email campaigns and CRM best practices, continuously optimizing and experimenting with email and SMS personalization initiatives.
  • Manage automated CRM journeys and improve milestone CRM metrics.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance and inform future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal graphic designers and external vendors to deliver campaign content across all Rawson social media platforms.
  • Cultivate a strong social media presence by crafting unique content and monitoring user-generated content.
  • Maximize user-generated content and influencer marketing opportunities while developing a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Identify target audiences for campaigns and develop targeted posts to reach those audiences.
  • Optimize campaign targeting based on performance data and adjust targeting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain an attitude of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure great communication across the Marketing team.
  • Work closely with product, sales, legal, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' of direct marketing experience, with exposure to the construction sector desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with managing the scoping and delivery of email marketing, including email execution, QA, list management, dynamic EDM builds, A/B testing, journey creation, and post-campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with content creation and coordination, scheduling software, and performance management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email execution, and journey automation building.
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM, decisioning, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
