Role Description


We’re looking for a Building Project Manager to oversee a range of refurbishment projects, from $2m - $15m in our Aviation Sector.


Reporting into the Senior Project Manager and located in our Melbourne Airport office, your day-to-day duties will include:


  • Closing out final design requirements
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants
  • Managing the construction/delivery phase of the projects
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders
  • Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.


Candidate Profile


To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering capital works building projects. This could be from Airports, Commercial, Industrial, Civic & Culture, Education, Health, or other complex sectors.


You’ll also need:


  • Experience delivering service upgrades and refurbishments
  • Experience delivering building structure upgrades and refurbishments
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related discipline
