Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project manager to take on a challenging role that will see you overseeing a range of capital works projects from planning to completion. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide guidance and advice on various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

  • Develop and manage project scopes, assessments, and approvals for stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Infrastructure Advisor/Project Manager in providing guidance and advice on a range of capital works projects for stakeholders.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate or Diploma qualification in the building construction industry (or similar).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction, project management, facilities management, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of design, building codes, construction materials, contract procurement, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
