We are seeking a committed Sales Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and selling our client's high-quality pet food products to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular client meetings within the region.
  • Foster long-term partnerships to optimise sales and profitability.
  • Strategically review sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline for sustained growth.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate product sampling initiatives.
  • Set and surpass sales targets for individual locations.
  • Enhance team sales capabilities to align with ambitious growth plans.
  • Monitor competitor strategies within the region and provide insightful reports.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Develop effective sales strategies tailored to regional client needs.
  • Monitor and analyse sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in informative training sessions on product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Provide strategic inputs to long-term brand plans and marketing initiatives that resonate with market demands.
  • Ensure meticulous execution of short-term and tactical marketing plans in accordance with brand standards.


We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Proven success with 3-5 years in convenience and specialty channel sales.
  • A strong track record in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, particularly with targeted distributors in specialty and convenience channels.
  • The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills and effective time management abilities.
  • A results-driven and analytical approach to sales.
  • Prior experience within the pet food industry is highly advantageous.
