About the Role: As a Growth Manager at Compare Club, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, focusing on biddable media and performance-driven marketing. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, driving innovation, and implementing growth marketing strategies across various channels. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of performance and growth managers to optimise customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to refine your approach.
  • Execute and Optimise: Identify and test new growth opportunities through creative experimentation on channels like Meta Ads, TikTok, Video Ads, and more. Lead day-to-day management of marketing channels and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with the Performance & Growth team, Business Lead, Product team, and other departments to enhance customer experiences and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Partner Relationships: Engage with media account managers, publishers, and external partners to ensure optimal results.
  • Test and Analyse: Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to optimise marketing efforts. Utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Your Experience and Capability:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or a related field with a focus on growth.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
