You will be responsible for Advising and providing technical support in the calculation and determination of wage and compensation decisions; Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, regulatory bodies etc around case management strategy and litigation matters; Coach and mentor case management personnel, and collaborate with our additional Mental Health, Complex Care and Rehabilitation support hubs; Complete quality assurance reviews of PIAWE decisions; Participate in key business projects and initiatives. About you Either Experience in technical or case management roles within a workers compensation setting, with demonstrated understanding in the calculation of wages or PIAWE decisions, or Experience in accounting or payroll disciplines with practice in assessing pay slip codes and processing wage payments. Exceptional time management and organisational skills; Excellent attention to detail; Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation; A strategic mindset and approach to work; A strong sense of team and collaboration; A willingness to learn and develop; A resilient attitude.
