Working with a small globally dispersed team, use your experience of enterprise Network, Operations for P1 & P2 Incident & Change management to inform your vendor management and relationship decisions, implement projects and find creative solutions to improve efficiencies and services.  

Job Purpose

  • Provision of business, process and technical expertise for the delivery of Network Operations, Network Event Monitoring, managing 3rd parties and Vendors
  • Continuous improvement and assurance of a stable, reliable and cost-efficient Network
  • Implementation of customer satisfaction objectives in Service Delivery
  • Continuous collaboration with all other teams on the Network services integration

Experience

  • Managed and controlled service providers to deliver the sourced services according to agreed SLAs / OLAs 
  • Have implemented strategy within Network Operations within large Networks 
  • Have proven experience in being responsible for stable, efficient and effective service delivery operations for the Network
  • Experienced with reporting on budgets
  • Proven comprehensive network operations support where you have maintained, administered and enhanced Network solutions.
  • Experienced in Network Event Monitoring and Incident Response: Log management, event monitoring and correlation with incident response
  • Across change management procedures. Review, approve and follow up the Network changes.
  • Have previously optimized and worked on continuous improvement to service delivery of  Network Services support (cost, quality, time)
  • Any FCMG skills highly desirable

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of networks and platforms of CCEP  ideally one or some of the following; (Cisco, Palo Alto, Infoblox, F5,Checkpoint)
  • CCNP or CCNA certification
  • Ideally ITIL Certified
  • Excellent communication skills able to talk across all levels of the business

Note

  • This role has occasional travel interstate and oversea for conferences
  • Some after hours support required and for meetings with international branches
