About the role

We are seeking a Senior Building Consultant to join our team, working alongside Building Consultants, Engineers, and Building Surveyors. This role involves diagnosing building defects, creating detailed reports and designs, as well as overseeing projects.

Key Responsibilities for the role

  • Complete building defect and condition audits
  • Conduct investigations into defects
  • Prepare detailed reports and designs
  • Design and produce technical specifications
  • Manage tender processes
  • Oversee project management

Skills & experience

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in remedial building
