Working with a small globally dispersed team, leverage your expertise in enterprise Network Operations for P1 & P2 Incident & Change management to guide vendor management and relationship decisions, execute projects, and devise innovative solutions to enhance efficiencies and services.

Job Purpose

  • Provide business, process, and technical insights for Network Operations delivery, Network Event Monitoring, oversight of 3rd parties and Vendors
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure a stable, reliable, and cost-effective Network
  • Set and achieve customer satisfaction goals in Service Delivery
  • Foster ongoing collaboration with all teams involved in Network services integration

Experience

  • Managed and supervised service providers to meet agreed SLAs / OLAs for provided services
  • Demonstrated proficiency in shaping strategy within large-scale Network Operations
  • Proven track record in overseeing stable, efficient, and successful service delivery operations within the Network
  • Skilled in budget reporting
  • Extensive experience in network operations support, including maintenance, administration, and enhancement of Network solutions
  • Proficient in Network Event Monitoring and Incident Response, encompassing log management, event monitoring, and correlation with incident response
  • Proficient in change management processes, including reviewing, approving, and tracking Network changes
  • Prior experience in optimizing and enhancing the continuous improvement of Network Services support (cost, quality, time)
  • Any experience in FCMG sector highly desirable

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with CCEP networks and platforms, ideally including one or more of the following: Cisco, Palo Alto, Infoblox, F5, Checkpoint
  • CCNP or CCNA certification
  • Preferably ITIL Certified
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective interaction across all business levels

Note

  • Occasional interstate and overseas travel required for conferences
  • After-hours support and meetings with international branches may be needed
