About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help us continue to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. What you will do: Installer Profiling and Qualification: Continuously identify and qualify new installers to expand our client base. Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to onboard new installers and integrate our solutions into their sales and business operations. Solution Portfolio Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and business value propositions to effectively communicate with our channel partners. Trusted Advisor: Identify key decision-makers within customer accounts and build trusted relationships to become a strategic advisor. Account Management: Proactively support and enable a portfolio of qualified installers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle to end users (installers and homeowners). Market Intelligence: Collect actionable customer and market intelligence systematically. Product Introduction and Training: Introduce new products to channel partners and provide basic training. Pipeline Management: Develop and manage channel partners pipelines proactively, reporting, and creating solutions to overcome barriers to success. Company Representation: Positively represent Enphase in the marketplace, assist in organizing customer visits, industry trade shows, and strategic events. Who you are and what you bring: Proven experience in customer success or a similar role (min 3 years' experience). Strong understanding of Solar and home battery solutions and business value propositions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self- starter with a growth mindset. Proficiency in SFDC and sales processes. Ability to collect, relay, and analyse market intelligence. Strong organizational and pipeline management skills. Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events. We are currently only seeking applicants with Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
