In Vitro Technologies is a Healthcare and Scientific distribution organisation who specialise in the sales, marketing, and support of medical products throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly motivated Division Manager for our Life Science team - manage and support our National business – sales, administration, marketing . . . .

A Life Science Extraordinaire is what we are after.

Someone with extensive experience in this area, in particular sales and business unit management; who is looking for the next big step in their career.

In Vitro continue to grow. This role is available due to a recent promotion and business restructure – we are ready to continue to grow and build the business under the leadership of the new Divisional Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Division leadership
  • Establish business unit goals and targets
  • Supervise, train, develop and support the sales and support teams
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Address escalated customer enquiries
  • Ensure targets are set, met and then exceeded
  • Internal and external relationships
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Maintaining safe work environments and following safe operational practices

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience in the leadership of a sales and product management team
  • Dedicated career and track record in the life sciences industry
  • Tertiary qualification in either science, business, or biomedical fields is preferred
  • Substantial commercial acumen with budget and revenue planning & execution capability
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required to implement business plans/foster relationships
  • Ongoing customer liaison and management throughout ANZ
  • A commitment to developing trusting professional relationships with internal team members such as product managers, sales professionals, the GM, and wider operations staff
  • A concise and articulate communication and reporting style/method
