We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable Internal Sales Administrator. With an immediate start date, the position is full time and office based in

Noble Park, from

8.00am - 4.30pm.


Following full training, your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding service and tailored product solutions to our existing customer base and managing customer interactions end to end; including processing orders and quotations.

You will be an all-rounder who can assist with a range of duties.

As the Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Order entry and invoicing
  • Preparing quotations
  • Assisting with purchasing of stock and consumables
  • Supporting the Managing Director and sales team as required
  • Working alongside the warehouse and manufacturing team to ensure timely supply and delivery of orders
  • Conducting day to day general administrative tasks

To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:

  • Exceptional customer service and clear communication skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. _MYOB experience desirable but not essential_
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Motivated selfstarter
  • The ability to multi task in a busy environment
  • A cando attitude
