We are keen to hear from experienced administrators interested in joining our team based in Morwell. The Community Administrator is responsible for all branch administration, supporting staff and overseeing meeting coordination, schedules and reporting deadlines.
The role will involve formatting and collating client files, assisting the branch OHSES representative, preparing statistical reports, undertaking responsibility for the Morwell car fleet and carrying out general administrative duties.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will need previous experience in an administration role, along with adeptness for information technology.
You will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail with the ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and work to tight deadlines.
