**The Position**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Receptionist / Admin Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. In addition to managing the front desk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the company.
**These include but are not limited to**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Raise and schedule jobs in a timely manner using ‘Momentum Pro’ and ‘Work Buddy’ systems (training provided).
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of trucks on site, developing detailed condition reports.
- Accurate data entry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication.
**Skills and experience**
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in scheduling / transport would be an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience using Momentum Pro’ or ‘Work Buddy’ systems _(Desirable) _
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office
- Professional appearance and polite nature
