What's on Offer?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Administrator to join our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure team based in Noble Park.

This is a 12-month fixed term position providing coverage for our P&C Administrator who is going on parental leave.

This busy role is responsible for all aspects of people and culture administration and will see you working alongside the local team to deliver strong P&C support to the region.

Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Manager, your contribution will be vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our people processes and support to the wider, regional business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and management of the HRIS system (Workday) to ensure quality and accuracy of employee data

  • Supporting and coordinating the on boarding experience for new employees
  • Management of general P&C queries and provision of support to key regional stakeholders, including collating P&C data and creating people reports

Your previous experience in Human Resources or Business Administration and your ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment coupled with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end execution of P&C related tasks, will set you up for success.

Having strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills will see you thrive.

Whilst this is a 12-month fixed term contract, Fulton Hogan is a large and growing organisation, with constant opportunities. Opening this door and joining our team may just be the start of your career at Fulton Hogan
