About the Role

As a Microsoft SharePoint Online Administrator, you’ll contribute to the success of the firm by working closely with the IT team and internal stakeholders to manage our SharePoint environment and to assist with our M Online365 environment. 

Working as part of the IT team and reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Perth. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd level SharePoint & M365 support (across Teams; SharePoint Online; OneDrive and other applications) to the business and other support personnel.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Support the SharePoint based BDO Global Portal (client facing) application.
  • Manage the operation of the SharePoint platform including configuration, health assessments and monitoring.
  • Contribute to the governance, architecture and technical design and alignment of our SharePoint and M365 environments.
  • Assists in the design, planning, and execution of SharePoint system design changes, updates, and other initiatives.
  • Manage the Avepoint Cloud Governance M365 application

About You

You’ll ideally have the following skills and experience:

  • Expertise in SharePoint Online and related architecture.
  • Solid technical skills in Microsoft365.
  • SharePoint troubleshooting skills including monitoring and optimization of SharePoint performance and availability.
  • Proven understanding of Information Management principles, and the ability to use SharePoint features and functionality to support best practices.
  • Experience in Nintex technologies.
  • Experience with Avepoint.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • The ability to play a lead role in developing and managing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
